Qualified buyers
PepNova Labs products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers and licensed laboratories. Buyers must be at least 21 years old and hold a research account to view the catalog, pricing and checkout.
Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use. They are not drugs, foods or cosmetics. They are not for human or animal consumption, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Research declaration at checkout
Before an order can be completed, the buyer must select their research status and confirm that the products are purchased for research use only and not for human consumption. Orders without both declarations cannot be placed.
No usage guidance
PepNova Labs does not provide usage guidance of any kind. Products are supplied as research reagents only.
Sales and cancellations
All sales are final. Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Refunds apply only to verified defects. Shipping is FedEx 2Day from the USA for a flat $20 unless a valid local pickup code waives it.
